What the buying committee actually pays

Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning are paid modules on top of base tier. The ledger applies a default 12% annual renewal uplift unless the buyer caps it in the MSA - our own central modelling assumption, adjustable on the renewal-uplift page, not a vendor-published rate.

What does Paycor cost under Paychex?

Paycor no longer publishes list pricing; the pricing page became a sales form in 2025. Buying-committee evidence puts Basic near $99 + $5 PEPM, and Essential, Core, and Complete at $12-$28 PEPM. Existing contracts have not been forced onto Flex pricing.

What are the tier prices?

Basic ~$99 + $5 PEPM. Essential ~$14 PEPM. Core ~$22 PEPM. Complete ~$28 PEPM. All figures are buying-committee estimates; Paycor does not publish list rates.

How are Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning priced?

Each is a separate per-employee module priced $3-$6 PEPM. Bundle pricing kicks in when three or more modules are taken together.

Will Paycor contracts migrate to Flex on renewal?

No announcement as of 2026-06. Existing Paycor contracts renew on Paycor pricing. Paychex has stated intent to maintain both brands.

When does Paycor beat Paylocity or ADP?

For sub-150 employee mid-market deployments where the Recruiting + Onboarding module is the binding decision factor. Above 150 employees, Paylocity tends to win on workflow depth; ADP wins on tax-filing breadth.
