Editorial standard

Every numeric claim on hriscost.com is sourced to a primary URL (vendor pricing page) or a named industry reference (Vendr, sso.tax, NAPEO, SHRM). Quote-only vendors get a buying-committee band with explicit disclosure, never a single fabricated rate. If you spot a stale figure or a figure you can disprove, email and we re-verify within 14 days.

Affiliate and vendor relationships

hriscost.com does not currently carry vendor sponsorship. Some outbound links to vendor pricing pages may at a future date become affiliate links via the Impact network; if and when that happens, the affected pages will carry an inline disclosure. No vendor pays for placement, no rates are influenced by partnerships.

How the site is funded

Digital Signet funds the site as part of its portfolio. The longer-term funding model is a mix of category-relevant affiliate partnerships and direct sponsorship from non-conflicted services (broker firms, implementation partners, advisory practices) that do not themselves sell HRIS software. We will never carry a paid placement from a vendor we rank or benchmark.
